THIS SITE HAS BEEN INSTALLED AND IS CURRENTLY LOGGING DATA!

This site, on a ridge above the campground in Great Sand Dunes National Park, is located on granite bedrock and has excellent skyview.

The site was installed by UNAVCO personnel on August 16-17 of 2006.

Data outages (see time series on our status page) correspond to an antenna cable failure (9/18 to 11/20 '06) and a solar panel mount destroyed by high winds (6/7 '07 to 1/8 '08).
